Marquee hire Project Brief

Mitsubishi cater for over 2000 hospitality guests across the 4 day Badminton Horse Trials.  These range from corporate buyers and high level management, to staff and families. Danco marquee hire provide two areas with a different level of finishing allowing Mitsubishi to maximise their guests' experience at the same time as keeping costs to a minimum.

Solution

We provided a single entrance marquee where guests could be welcomed and directed to their hospitality zones, this enabled all guests to feel equally important as well as an excellent opportunity for corporate identity and branding.

The staff and family members were then directed to a large unlined area, complete with chillout area, a lunch area and a childrens zone with bean bags and games.  The VIP marquee area was finished to a higher specification with full linings in corporate colours, a lounge area and more formal dining facilities completed the full range of marquee hire for their corporate entertainig.
