The sky’s the limit for Danco Marquee Hire!

Set in the stunningly beautiful grounds to the east of the Duke of Rutland’s ancestral home, the CLA Game Fair is one of the foremost events in the annual countryside calendar. With specialist areas for hunting, shooting and fishing, exciting displays running throughout the weekend and a host of exhibitors filling the enormous site, the Game Fair was yet again a treat for the visitors.

Danco provided marquee hire for nearly 200 exhibitors from gun makers to cheese makers, artists to agricultural contractors from all over the UK – we even built a marquee for a client from Abu Dhabi,(though thankfully their two camels stayed outside!). We also constructed over 30 different feature and individual structures for clients such as Country Living, Rural Crafts and the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust – not forgetting the two large bar tents built for Neville Symmonds Associates.

The event attracted over 140,000 visitors to the Leicestershire venue, and such is the scale of the event, we used the services of one of our clients – Atlas Helicopters – in order to photograph the site from the air above the Belvoir Estate. The view, like the Game Fair, was fantastic.

The venue for the 2010 CLA Game Fair was confirmed as Ragley Hall and Danco marquee hire are already working with organisers to ensure next year’s event is just as good.
