Finding the time to give you all a quick update on our busy start to the Summer has been a challenge, we really must do some research in to event industry patterns because this year feels even more action-packed than any previous – pardon the puns (in advance).

PEAKY BUILDERS?!

Our peak season for marquee hire really starts in April as over 60 artic trailers are loaded up and sent on their way to begin the builds at the likes of Badminton Horse Trials, Devon County Show and the Spring Fashion Show at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. We have a minimum of 8 installation crews allocated to events and some are away on-site for up to 4 weeks at a time, the Operations Department really do have their work cut out!

ENDLESS EVENT DELIVERY

It’s difficult to see through to the end of the Summer (not that we would wish it away) as we still have a lot of events to deliver on and eventually dismantle too. But spirits are high, especially when there are biscuits around, all we need to do now is keep our fingers crossed for the weather.

With Latitude Festival, RHS Hampton Court and The Big Feastival just around the corner, we had better crack on. Stay tuned for more updates on team Danco’s antics soon …
