It’s practically below zero outside, although the weather people are promising us double figures next week, but it doesn’t mean that team Danco can go in to hibernation for the Winter. There is always work to do!

STOCK TAKE TIME

With over 300,000 sqm of stock in our expansive warehouses, there is a lot to do. Our dedicated team are in the process of washing, labelling, packing and stacking 70+ football pitches of PVC and ensuring all of the aluminium frames are counted and bundled ready for the season ahead.

STAFF TRAINING

It’s the perfect time to give our workforce some refresher training and this last week has been busy with office, yard and site crew alike taking part in first aid and structure safety courses. It’s actually quite fun as we get to mix with departments we might not see very often in the Summer! Following best guidance practices is something we pride ourselves on, as should any industry professional. Who doesn’t love a high vis!

WINTER INSTALLATIONS

The build crews have still been kept busy, despite it technically being the ‘off’ season. Our cricket nets cover solutions prove very popular at this time of year and we mustn’t forget the 40m wide install at Three Counties Showground in Malvern for Tractor World! Yes, a whole world of Tractors.
