Danco are proud to be the official supplier of all things marquee at The South Gloucestershire Show for the second year running.

The South Gloucestershire Show entered its second year in 2015 and the smiley team behind it were determined to make it bigger and better than a slightly rainy start in 2014. Safe to say they succeeded!

The two day show took place last weekend (1st & 2nd August) and entertained punters from far afield with the likes of falcons, an air ambulance, gymnasts and even a camel race – no preference shown for one hump or two on this occasion.

Our expert on-site team, headed up by Senior Foreman Dan, spent a couple of days building the various sizes of marquees in advance of the show, from 3x3m entrance tents to 33x6m trade runs and a 15m stage with black-out festival covers for the musical entertainment. For once, all of their hard work was caught on camera and Not Greedy Media put together a fantastic timelapse of the installation which you can view on our YouTube page.

Danco’s very own drone was one of the stars of the show and we got some great aerial footage of the showground so keep an eye on our Twitter page for some links to more videos. We hope you all had fun, now we just have to return the site back to normal!
