To translate, for those of us that have forgotten our school level French, ‘all the cheese’ will be present at this year’s Frome Cheese Show. Not surprising really as they have had a good while, since the 1800s, to perfect their award winning selection!
Although cheese is delicious, this historic show offers a lot more than just 2000 sqm of cheese in our clearspan pavilion (although that’s a lot of dairy products to be judged for The Global Cheese Awards)! There is also a variety of agricultural elements, including a ‘lamb national’ and traditional pole marquees full of goats, cattle and crafts.
Danco have provided the show with their marquee requirements for over a decade now and are currently finishing off the installation in advance of this year’s show on Saturday 10th September 2016. The build takes just 5 days and we erect multiple marquees across the 70 acre site.
If you are in the South West this weekend, then pop down and see the famous galloping Herdwick sheep that even Prince Charles is keen on!
