PROJECT BRIEF:

Danco Marquee Hire were contracted by Events and Management Services of Cheltenham to provide a full range of temporary structures for the Morgan Centenary Festival. The marquees provided by Danco had to be of a very high standard to accommodate the guests and vehicles at the event and the organisers were extremely pleased to find a ‘one stop shop’ for all of their requirements.

SOLUTION:

The range of structures provided by Danco Marquee Hire included a clearspan marquee with rigid walls and an integrated wooden floor capable of supporting the weight of a number of Morgan cars, one of which is priceless! As part of the service Danco Marquee Hire staff remained on site to ensure that the marquee was closed securely once the cars were inside.

Other structures provided by Danco Marquee Hire for the event included a solid sided, hard floored VIP Hospitality Pavilion with internal linings in corporate colours, a large number of clearspan traders units in a range of sizes and several traditional style marquees. The variety of marquees on hire represented the past and the present which only added to the atmosphere of a Centenary Celebration.

Danco Marquee Hire site staff worked with the organisers to ensure that build and dismantle deadlines were met and worked in conjunction with other contractors on site saving time and the need for constant client supervision.
