ENSURING DAY-TO-DAY EFFICIENCY
The Operations Department consists of a specialist team of five managers dedicated to the smooth running of the business. This team are without doubt the hub of the company and look after everything from human resources, stock control, transport & logistics, site management and general day-to-day operations. Collectively they have a wealth of knowledge, likely unrivalled within the marquee hire & temporary structure industry.
The principal warehouse facilities for Danco are situated adjacent to our head office building near Bristol. There are five warehouses on site, each with its own dedicated use.
The largest of the buildings houses the Textile Cleaning Department where all of our PVC covers are cared for. All PVC panels that are used on site are returned to our textile department where our dedicated staff inspect them for any wear or damage. Once checked and cleared, each panel is chemically washed & dried utilising our industrial cleaning machine and subsequently folded and repackaged for the next event. Should any item require attention we either repair or replace it before it is stored in our warehouse facilities. Our textile department also manufactures bespoke items including guttering and valance sections from new PVC as and when required. It is also used to store internal linings, signage and other delicate equipment & also incorporates a repair and maintenance area.
The other warehouses provide storage for our PVC covers, traditional marquees, posts and all other equipment.
We also have two large outdoor storage facilities where we store large aluminium frames, multifloor products and finally our large fleet of vehicles and trailers.
