We are recruiting for marquee erectors / labourers. Supporting our experienced foreman and chargehands, you’ll be erecting and dismantling temporary structures throughout the UK.

Responsibilities
Erecting and dismantling marquees across the UK
Assisting loading and unloading lorries
Assisting in the yard and organisation of equipment
Adhering to all Health and Safety whilst on site in compliance with company and environmental policies
Requirement to work away from home is essential, this involves some weekend working and bank holidays
Fluency in English
Excellent time management
Able to work under pressure and all weather conditions
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail

Desirable
Previous marquee experience in a similar role
Full driving license
Forklift / Telehandler / Moffet / LMF (Training given to successful candidate)

This role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors and at height so a good level of fitness will be required.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are recruiting for full time experienced foreman who are seeking a challenge within a changing environment.

Experience in the marquee and temporary structure industry is essential.

Main Duties
Managing a crew between 2 -12 and responsibility for site projects, including delivering training where necessary
Installation/dismantle of temporary structures, floors, doors and ancillary equipment
Responsible for loading and reloading trailers
Maintaining Health and Safety whilst on site in compliance with company and environmental policies. Conducting toolbox talks
Liaise with managers and clients to ensure the timely and successful completion of all events to the highest standard
Meeting tight deadlines and overcoming challenges as they arise, such as poor weather conditions
High level of service is required
Attending site visits
Requirement to work away from home is essential, this involves some weekend working and bank holidays

Key Skills
Minimum 2 years experience within marquees or temporary structures
Full UK driving license
Fluency in English
Strong leadership skills
Proactive, ability to problem solve with a positive attitude
Attention to detail
Problem solving

Desirable (training can be provide for the right candidates)
Forklift / Telehandler / Moffett / LMF
MEWP / Boom Certs
CSCS / Muta Structure Safe Cards
