Since 1975, our traditional marquees have been at the heart of Danco, combining timeless elegance with exceptional versatility. From livestock tents at agricultural shows to school ceremonies, private celebrations, and entertainment events, their classic design adapts seamlessly to a wide variety of occasions.

Our traditional marquees are still constructed entirely by hand, allowing us to erect them in locations inaccessible to machinery like forklifts. This hands-on approach not only preserves the authenticity and craftsmanship of each structure but also speeds up assembly, ensuring a smooth, reliable setup for every event.

WIDE RANGE OF STRUCTURE SHAPES & SIZES

Our traditional marquees are available in widths of 30ft, 40ft, and 80ft, with modular lengths that can be extended in 10′ or 20′ increments, depending on the width chosen. These versatile structures can also be linked to create L-shaped, T-shaped, or more complex configurations, offering flexibility for events of any size or layout.

One of the key advantages of hiring a traditional marquee is their ability to adapt to uneven ground and challenging sites, making them ideal for locations where modern structures may struggle. Crafted from fire-retardant natural canvas, these marquees are breathable, creating a comfortable environment and making them perfect for flower shows, agricultural events, and outdoor gatherings.

Over the years, we’ve combined traditional craftsmanship with modern improvements. Aluminium poles have replaced older wooden supports, enhancing safety and durability. Additionally, PVC roofs have been introduced to improve weatherproofing and simplify maintenance, while preserving the classic charm of the marquee.
